Innovation and Sustainability Were Top of Mind at ISSA/INTERCLEAN 2016

We were thrilled to participate in ISSA/INTERCLEAN North America 2016, which was held Oct. 25 through the 28 at McCormick Place in Chicago. For anyone serious about the professional cleaning industry, including the thousands in attendance, ISSA/INTERCLEAN was the place to be.

From the fascinating and entertaining keynote speakers, including Dennis Miller, Steve Wozniak and former Navy SEAL Rob O’Neill, to more than 60 seminars and workshops offering strategic, high-level executive advice, the show was packed with valuable information on the latest trends and thought leadership for cleaning professionals.

Technology innovations drew a lot of attention at the convention. Major crowd pleasers were the demonstrations of robotic floor scrubbers. Looking like they were straight out of a science fiction movie, these autonomous scrubbing machines efficiently worked their way around the floor, avoiding potted plants, people and every other obstacle in their way. Watching them work was truly amazing!

The focus on innovations like these at ISSA/INTERCLEAN 2016 reinforced the themes of increasing productivity and reducing costs while, at the same time, supporting sustainable practices. At the World Dryer booth, we demonstrated how our products, including the new all-in-one VERDIdri and the VMax, support these trends with their energy efficiency, fast dry times and attention to hygiene.

We want to thank everyone who visited our booth at the show. It was a busy, productive few days and we enjoyed seeing, and being part of, all of the exciting developments taking place in the industry.
